Billing is processed on the 1st of each month, before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using your bank account or credit/debit card for added convenience. Once auto-pay is active, we will generate your invoice and email you a receipt. All billing records are also available anytime in your customer portal.

Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and get right to work removing all the doggie doo. Our team is specially trained to follow a strategic walking pattern that helps prevent any spots from being missed. To ensure nothing gets left behind, they’ll make multiple passes through your yard, leaving it thoroughly clean and poop-free!
After your yard is completely poop-free, your pooper scooper will snap and upload a photo of your securely closed gate to ensure your pets stay safe inside. To maintain a healthy environment for all our furry clients, our team also disinfects their scooping tools after each visit — helping prevent the spread of germs and illness from yard to yard.
Your pooper scooper will double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can. If you don’t have a trash can in select locations, the waste will simply be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.

The safety of your dogs is a top priority at LittleK9. To ensure the safety, we sterilize all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
LittleK9 have service plans starting as low as $50 per month. However, pricing is based on the number of dogs as well as the area of your yard. Most of our clients end up paying between $85 and $135 per month.
We love cleaning with dogs! We ask, if your dog shows any sign of aggression you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team members, we will ask you to please put the dog inside or we con no longer service your area.
We will double bag the waste and place it in each customers trash can. Proper disposal is imperative as dog waste is considered hazardous material.
You can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 3 options to best fit your schedule.
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to help accommodate your schedule. We must follow the routes given the day before to ensure all our clients are serviced within a timely manner.
There are no contracts! You can start, stop and cancel your subscription at anytime! Just make sure to call our offices!
